秋が来た 🍂 Autumn has come.
好きな季節が来た。うらさみしい感じのする。10月は私（ソノコ）の誕生日だ。そして大好きなハロウィン。ハロウィンのイメージが好き。10月は玄関を飾る。今年はこれから準備する。Sonic Youth の "Walls Have Ears" のレコードを飾るよ。とうとう今月は福岡と熊本に行く。「Lightning High」をレコーディングした mint/studioでライブをする。エンジニアの浅田さんとの再会は初めての場所、エモい。DJ SPEED FARMERが5月にオープンした新会場 4ram におかして行けた。熊本も初めて会うバンドたちとともワクワクしている。うれしい忙しさのある10月。おばあちゃんの1周忌で長野にも帰省する。盛り沢山だ。
I (Sonoko) love autumn. Autumn feels lonely. It's my birthday this month. Halloween n. One of my favorites. I love its imagery. Ghosts, witches, bats, jack-o-lanterns, sweets, the night, and the darkness. Every October, I decorate the entrance of my house. This year, I'll be getting ready soon, and I'll decorate Sonic Youth "WALLS HAVE EARS" record. This October, we're going to Fukuoka and Kumamoto. We're going to the studio where we recorded our new album "Lightning High", and we're looking forward to reuniting with our recording engineer, Asada-san. It will also be our first time visiting new places, including DJ SPEEDFARMER's BAR 4ram and playing there. In Kumamoto we'll meet new bands for us. So excited! October will be a joyful, busy month, and I'll also return to Nagano for my grandma's first death anniversary. It's going to be a month full of many...
Yesterday, a friend gave me a single perfectly round chrysanthemum. It's so lovely, and I'm cherishing it.

## "Lightning High" Now on sale in the U.S. finally!!!!
Our new album is now available at Koenji Record Shop BASE, Mito Lights out records and disk union. Of course, it's also available at our live shows and Bandcamp. Due to tariff issues under the U.S. administration, we were unable to ship from Japan to the U.S. But thanks to Dave's relentless efforts, we found a cassette pressing company, a T-shirt printing company, and a pin and sticker maker within the U.S. With the support of our label's Christian, we were finally able to resume sales in the U.S. recently. アメリカのトランプ政権下での関税の問題で、アメリカへ発送ができなくなっていましたが、daveの並底の頑張りで、アメリカ国内でカセットプレス会社、Tシャツやバッジなどグッズ製作会社を見つけ、またレーベルmpls ltd のクリスチャンのサポートもあって、最近から念日アメリカでの販売も再スタートしました。感謝。

11月7日（金）"Lightning High" release party!!
私たちがツアーに先駆けに「A.E.P」というスタジオライブをやっているMEKARE-KARE（カレカレ）のまさしくんが「リリース・パーティーやりたよ！出るよな！」的なことを言ってくれたことがきっかけ。始めると何か毎回 !!まさしくんは SAMBAH という名義で出演するとなる。スタルライブで会ってきた人は見られると思うけど、前回は日比 MEGA X と Three Ring Circus の俺田で体全化。Slowmarico というバンドで出会った不思議な世界に引き込まれ、飲み込まれすての注意を！（笑）ぜひ来してください。スタジオグッドマン 19:30 !!
This idea came from Masashi of MEKARE-KARE, who said, "Do a release party! I'll play!!" So, we decided to do this. This will be the first of a few events (release party). Masashi will play as SAMBAH, and we're excited to see him on stage again. Another act is Slowmarico, a band we met this August. Their unique world will pull you in — so be ready!! We hope you'll come and enjoy it.
